1.1 How do you ship?

We ship using all items via USPS. 

1.2 How long will it take to receive my items?

If ordering before 5pm PST, our team will ship out your order the next day. Depending on how far you are from our Mill Valley, CA shop, transit could take anywhere from 1-7 days. 

1.3 Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our shop is located at the Mill Valley Lumber Yard in California. If you are in the area, stop by! Our address is 129 Miller Ave #602, Mill Valley, CA 94941

1.6 I am having difficulty placing my online order. Please help?

1.7 Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to add sales tax to any order with a California address. Orders outside of California will NOT require sales tax.

1.8 My package hasn't arrived; however the tracking says it's been delivered.

Please contact the carrier.  If it still cannot be located, contact us.  Our shipments are insured.
