If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange of your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason for doing so. To begin your return or exchange, please email: [email protected].
We will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which the returned items arrive in store. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- Goods are unworn, unwashed and unaltered from their original form
- Goods are in their original packaging
- Price tags must be attached
- All footwear and accessories must be returned in the original box provided, in their original condition; the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to Us. You should send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
